Cancer Services held its annual Celebration of Life event on June 5 at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in honor of National Cancer Survivors Day, held each year on the first Sunday in June. Event attendees included cancer survivors and their families from throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area.

Colleges of Distinction advocates for schools whose undergraduate experiences are grounded in a philosophy of well-rounded, individualized engagement. Among these institutions, Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady University is recognized for graduating students into the workforce with solid, well-developed critical thinking skills as well as the ability to adapt in an ever-changing society.
