It is live and dynamic and allows juris- dictions to verify licensee information no matter how many jurisdictions the nurse may be licensed in. The first three items in the previous list are only required to enroll the license and are necessary to validate the license record. NURSYS e-Notify never saves or stores this information. It is only needed to en- sure that the institution is enrolling the intended license and to verify the employ- ment information. Large institutions that employ hundreds or thousands of nurses can enroll them all on one XLS format file, CSV format file, etc., or by using an API to create a secure system-to-system process. Your information technology staff will be able to walk you through those processes. Nurses can enroll individually with NURSYS e-Notify to monitor their nursing licenses.
