While the public has learned a lot recently about the virus and its mutations, those of us in the healthcare field know one thing — viruses adapt — and the Delta variant transformed to be better at attacking and killing our young. We thought it worthwhile to check in with Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital to get a look at the impact of Delta and what they might expect on the horizon.
