HEALTHCARE JOURNAL OF BATON ROUGE I  MAY / JUN 2021 17 CULINARY MEDICINE Q&A Heather Nace graduated from Johnson &Wales University with a B.S. in culinary nutrition after twelve years working in real estate in her hometown of Baltimore, MD. Fueled by a desire to serve the community and educate others, she moved to New Orleans to join the team at the Goldring Center for Culinary Medicine in 2018. As the director of operations and executive chef, she combines her experience running a small business with her passions for cooking and nutrition. Heather completed a dietetic internship in 2020 and looks forward to adding the Registered Dietitian credentials to her resume in 2021.
