44 MAR / APR 2019  I  Healthcare Journal of baton rouge   Healthcare Briefs Grove) opened its medical office building to patients in January. The new complex is located on the I-10E ser- vice road between the Mall of Louisiana and Sie- gen exits.  High Grove replaces Ochsner’s former Bluebon- net clinic located at 9001 Summa Avenue. The new building has 269 exam/procedure rooms, 42 percent more than the facility it is replacing. This creates the capacity to see more than 2,000 patients per day.   High Grove will offer Ochsner’s digital medi- cine programs. In 2018, more than 600 patients in the Baton Rouge area enrolled in digital medi- cine. This gives patients the ability to better man- age their health from the comfort of their home. The surgical hospital at the $116 million facility is still under construction and is expected to open the summer of 2019. n CAHS Executive Director Jan Kasofsky, PhD, described accreditation as the "lifeblood of our operations."
