Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group has welcomed 360 Orthocare in Covington into its network of more than 400 providers, bringing more connected and affordable services to patients at its first Northshore location for adult medicine.
360 Orthocare is a primary care clinic that also provides full-service offerings for orthopedic care. This clinic was formerly part of Louisiana Heart Hospital of Lacombe, which declared bankruptcy in February.
“Our Lady of the Lake is continuing to expand options across the region that meet the needs of patients, where they live, while providing a more comprehensive and convenient experience with trusted physicians,” said Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group President Curtis Chastain, MD. “We are excited to partner with this respected, well-established group, and add their expertise to our growing network of healthcare providers.”
The clinic’s three physicians also join the Our Lady of the Lake Physician Group, and will continue to treat patients with no interruption of care. The team includes orthopedic surgeons Timothy Devraj, MD, and Matti Palo, MD, and family medicine specialist Brian Galofaro, MD.
360 Orthocare provides patients age six and up with comprehensive primary care and orthopedic services, including preventive medicine, wellness visits, sports medicine, joint replacement, complex shoulder reconstruction, and more.
