FMOL Health announced four new recipients of its annual Leadership Awards. These awards honor individuals whose contributions have significantly impacted the health system and the community. These awards were presented during the Fall 2026 Leadership Assembly, titled “Empowered to Lead.”
Emerging Leader Award
Lexi Verret, manager of Internal Communications for FMOL Health, is the 2026 recipient of the Emerging Leader Award. The Emerging Leader Award honors someone who is new to leadership and has made a noticeable impact on their local ministry through meaningful projects or initiatives.
Sustainer Award
Christa Lewis, director of nursing at St. Francis Medical Center, is the 2026 recipient of the Sustainer Award. The Sustainer Award honors an established leader who has served for at least five years and has demonstrated exceptional stewardship throughout that time.
Impact Award
Iesha Bethley, director of nursing at Our Lady of the Lake, is the 2026 recipient of the Impact Award. The Impact Award recognizes a leader who has made a measurable difference in the communities through a significant initiative or project.
St. Clare Legacy Award
The 2026 recipient of the St. Clare Legacy Award is Bryan Boss, director of facility and plant operations at FMOL Health. The St. Clare Legacy Award recognizes a leader whose years of service have left an enduring mark on our ministry.
