Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Our Lady of the Lake Ascension earned an “A” Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit watchdog. Leapfrog assigns an “A,” “B,” “C,” “D” or “F” grade to general hospitals across the country based on over 30 measures of errors, accidents, injuries, and infections as well as the systems hospitals have in place to prevent them.
“Earning the ‘A’ Hospital Safety Grade is a testament to the commitment Our Lady of the Lake Health has to patient safety and quality care,” shared Christi Pierce, Our Lady of the Lake Health VP, Quality and Academic Affairs. “We are appreciative of our team’s dedication to providing the best care to the communities we serve.”
Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center and Our Lady of the Lake Ascension both received the “A” Grade during the Fall 2023.
