Four nurses with Ochsner Baton Rouge have been nominated for the Louisiana Nurses Foundation’s annual Nightingale Awards, which honor nurses for their leadership, outstanding work, and commitment to the nursing practice.
In addition, Ochsner Medical Center – Baton Rouge is nominated for Hospital of the Year in the 61-160 beds category for the Louisiana State Nurses Association Hall of Fame award.
The nurse nominees are:
Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
Dreshellia Branch, OMC – Baton Rouge
Nursing Administrator of the Year
Stephanie DeBarbieris, OMC – Baton Rouge
Outstanding Community Achievement by an RN
Charlene Ho, Ochsner Medical Complex – The Grove
Rookie of the Year
Jade Monus, OMC – Baton Rouge

The winners will be announced at the Nightingale Awards Gala on Oct. 29 at Crowne Plaza Executive Center Baton Rouge.
