Our Lady of the Lake Children's Health is hosting an education symposium supporting pediatric emotional and mental development and other pediatrics hot topics.
The event will be held on March 12 from 9:30 a.m.- 5 p.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Children's Hospital and livestreamed on Zoom.
With three school years disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, Louisiana's children and adolescents face mental health challenges that require new types of support and care. The 2022 Our Lady of the Lake Children's Health Pediatric Education Symposium is set to provide comprehensive strategies and practical tools for assessing and addressing "behind the scenes" factors that affect our patients' health. In addition, we'll host interactive sessions with specialists who can help pediatricians better manage common perplexing physical conditions.
