Ochsner Baton Rouge has partnered with JoVi’s Tacos restaurant for a COVID-19 vaccination event on June 5.
Ochsner staff will provide the single-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine from 6-9 p.m. at the restaurant located at 13214 Coursey Blvd. Each unvaccinated JoVi’s customer who receives the shot during that time gets one free, full-size taco.
The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available to anyone at least 18 years old.
Appointments are preferred, but Ochsner will accommodate walk-ups as supplies allow. To make an appointment, call (844) 888-2772, or visit MyOchsner.org. The vaccine is free and open to anyone regardless of their patient status at Ochsner.
