Baton Rouge General’s (BRG) family medicine clinic in Zachary is teaming up with the YMCA to bring drive-up flu shot events to the community on Oct. 20 and 26 from 8 a.m. -12 p.m. The drive-up events will take place outside of the Americana YMCA, located at 4200 Liberty Way.
Ages three and up are welcome, and flu shots are free with most insurances. Non-insurance payment options are also available. Bring a valid photo ID and insurance card, and remember to wear a mask.
The Zachary clinic, led by Vicki Munson-Whetstone, MD, and Daniel Daire, FNP, opened in June.
