Woman's Hospital has expanded its breast cancer care team with the addition of breast surgical oncologist Jamie B. Patterson, MD. Bringing over a decade of expertise, Patterson joins Cecilia Cuntz, MD, and Lindsey Fauveau, MD, in providing cancer care to patients across Louisiana.

Dr. Patterson’s wealth of knowledge and specialized experience offer the treatment options our cancer patients need. It is an honor to have Dr. Patterson join our nationally recognized cancer care team,” said Woman’s Hospital President and CEO Rene Ragas.
Patterson most recently served as medical director for The Breast Center at Kent Hospital, affiliated with Brown University in Rhode Island. She has extensive experience in breast conserving surgery, skin and nipple-sparing mastectomies, and pregnancy-associated breast cancer.
Patterson earned a medical degree at the University of Nevada and completed a residency at the University of California Irvine.
